Emma Grede is a trailblazing entrepreneur and investor. She’s best known as the co-founder and CEO of Good American, a fashion brand built on body positivity and size inclusivity. She’s also a founding partner of SKIMS, the shapewear company she launched with Kim Kardashian.

Emma co-founded Safely, a plant-based cleaning brand, and serves as Chairwoman of the Fifteen Percent Pledge, which supports Black-owned businesses. Her brands have generated billions in value and her leadership reflects a deep commitment to representation, equity, and smart, scalable growth.

In 2016, Emma Grede founded Good American alongside Khloé Kardashian. It’s a denim and apparel label that champions size inclusivity. The brand launched with over $1 million in sales on day one and reached approximately $200 million in revenue by 2022.

Launched Skims and Won Industry Awards.

As founding partner and Chief Product Officer of Skims launched in 2019 with Kim and Jens Grede Emma helped build a $4 billion shapewear and loungewear empire. Skims earned major industry honors, including Amazon Fashion’s Innovation Award at the CFDA Awards.

Built and Exited a Marketing Agency (ITB Worldwide)

At just 26, Grede founded ITB Worldwide, a talent management and marketing agency. The company was acquired by Rogers & Cowan in 2018, marking her first successful exit and establishing her foundation in brand-building and partnerships.

Co-Founded Environmental and Inclusive Consumer Brands

Emma co-founded Safely, a plant-based cleaning brand with Kris Jenner and Chrissy Teigen, which launched in 2021. She later co-developed Off Season, a sportswear line created in partnership with NFL player Kristin Juszczyk and Fanatics, launching in January 2025.
