Book Club Memberships: If you are not satisfied with your book club membership, you may request a full refund within the first 30 days of your membership. After the first 30 days, we do not offer refunds for book club memberships.

 

Downloadable Goods: If you experience any technical issues with a downloadable product, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase and we will do our best to resolve the issue or offer a refund. If you are simply not satisfied with a downloadable product, we are unable to offer refunds.

 

Merchandise and Apparel: If you are not satisfied with a physical product you have received, such as merchandise or apparel, you may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. In such cases, the product must be returned in its original, unused condition. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for products that have been used or damaged.

 

Affiliate Income: We are unable to offer refunds for affiliate income earned through our website.
